Birth Control Trust of the Galton Institute

The object of the Trust is the alleviation of poverty by providing practical birth control advice.  In recent years the Trust has fulfilled this object by providing financial support for projects run by other organisations, particularly Marie Stopes International.

Current Project

The Trust is currently supporting a research project on 'The psychosocial context of early childbearing in North Tyneside' at the University of Newcastle, which will run until 2013.
